We think it’s ideal for a young student or professional. Escape the busy city centre, and explore a true locals locale.

This is a cosy 1st floor, studio apartment on Calle Berruguete, Madrid. Space saving sofa-bed, simple style and a terrace to top it off; nice.

This apartment is ideal for a student. Close to the campus and the bar, with the Metro close to whip you central. Easy decision.

What we liked the most

  • Enjoying an afternoon drink on the terrace – this is the spot.
  • Converting your bed into a sofa – space saving.
  • Walking to the class – a great way to start the day.

Things to keep in mind

  • This is a cosy studio apartment, there's not a lot of room to practice your Flamenco moves.

Documents required: Landlord request these documents to validate your booking. If you don't provide them your booking will be cancelled.

For self-employed: Last income tax return

For students:

  • University/school acceptance letter/ internship agreement of all the people that will be living in the property
  • The salary of the parent must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.

For Professionals:

  • Work contract: Length of the work contract must be at least the same period as the booking.
  • The salary of the tenant must be, at least, double the value of rent plus utilities.
  • Last two Pay slips.
  • Spanish Vida Laboral, if applicable
  • Regular Home address

Payment method: bank transfer.

Check-in:

  • Check-in and the sign of the contract is at the apartment.

Check-out: exit cleaning fee to be discounted from deposit:

  • Room shared: between €75 and €120 + VAT
  • Studios: between €90 and €120 + VAT
  • Apartments: between €120 and €180+ VAT

In addition, in shared rooms a cleaning fee of 60€ will be charged for the cleaning of the common areas.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
