This is a cosy 1st floor, studio apartment on Calle Berruguete, Madrid. Space saving sofa-bed, simple style and a terrace to top it off; nice.
This apartment is ideal for a student. Close to the campus and the bar, with the Metro close to whip you central. Easy decision.
What we liked the most
- Enjoying an afternoon drink on the terrace – this is the spot.
- Converting your bed into a sofa – space saving.
- Walking to the class – a great way to start the day.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a cosy studio apartment, there's not a lot of room to practice your Flamenco moves.

***Important***If the request is accepted without requesting documentation, it is necessary to provide it within 3 days after the booking confirmation. Otherwise, the booking will be cancelled.
