This is a lovely 1st floor, studio apartment on Calle Berruguete, Madrid. It's cosy and functional, with everything you need and a sweet terrace.
This apartment is perfect for professionals or students. Get outside the tourist hustle and into a slice of local life.

- Converting you bedroom into a living space – who needs walls?
- Getting rowdy with the locals at a Real Madrid game – fun.
Things to keep in mind
- There is no dryer – no probs, air dry your underwear on the terrace.
- The kitchen only has a half-refrigerator.
