We think it's absolutely perfect for a sociable couple looking for room to relax and entertain. And the location is wicked, everything you need is in arms reach.

This is a spacious 4th floor 1-bedroom apartment on Calle De San Vicente Ferrer, Madrid. It's the complete package - epic terrace, roomy living area and a loft bedroom.
It's the perfect apartment for a couple who love to have their friends over and chill. And everything is in a 10-minute radius. It's too easy to live here, really.
What we liked the most
- Putting your feet up after a long day in the living area – life's never been this good.
- Having friends over for quiet weekend drinks – ah, sweet sweet bevvies.
- Trying to decide just which Metro line you'll take to explore Madrid – you're spoilt for choice, bud.

- There's no dryer – don't despair! You can dry your undies on the terrace.
