Great studio, newly furnished and with new appliances. Newly installed air conditioning, TV, sofa bed, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, plenty of storage with storage room and full kitchen. Bathroom with large shower. Recently renovated, ready to enter. We believe that it is the perfect place to live in the center of La Latina, two steps from the Royal Palace, next to the Mercado de la Cebada and the area of terraces and social and cultural life in the center of Madrid. Decorated in a modern and minimalist way, it does not lack detail. The apartment will be available from mid february.
