Yep. All the natural light gives the space a positive healthy vibe. Jog along the Manzanares River in the morning. Run through parks on weekends.

You have a bright open living room and kitchen. You have French balconies. Colorful canvases hang from the wall. So does Audrey Hepburn.
We think this is great for joggers. It has an attractive decor. You get ample sun and air. The river is down the street. There are 3 big parks close by.

This is a 1st floor studio apartment on Calle de Doña Urraca in Madrid. You have a bright open living area, sleeping space, and French balconies.
It’s ideal for runners. Jog along the river as the sun rises. Stretch in any of the nearby parks. You’ll be racing to the finish line in no time.
What we liked the most
- Getting air first thing in the morning – roll out of bed and open the balcony.
- Basking in all the natural light – Vitamin D is necessary for your health.
- Practicing for the next marathon – run along the river and in nearby parks.
Things to keep in mind
