This is a lovely studio apartment in Usera, Madrid. It has all the fundamentals that you need and is located in quiet, tranquil part of the city that is well connected with great public transport links.
The studio has an exterior view to a peaceful street and is well-lit with natural light. Equipped with A/C you really get the best of both worlds when it comes to the Spanish summer sun, without even leaving the house.
