We think it’s ideal for an outgoing young professional or student. Go your own way and explore a lesser know side of the city. The Metro is handy, so if you need to get central, it's a breeze.
Your top 3 reasons to rent here:

This is a cute 1st floor, studio apartment on Calle Rodrigo Uhagón, Madrid. It boasts a modern decor, a functional living and sleeping space, and a cool little terrace.
We think this apartment is ideal for a student or professional. Skip those inner-city rental prices, and grab yourself a bargain in Usera. Need to party? Whip into central Madrid, it's easy with the Metro close by.
What we liked the most
- Enjoying the functionality of a studio – the bedroom becomes the living room. Magic.
- Sipping a beverage on the terrace – unwind the right way.
- Exploring the local parks – nature makes us happy.
Things to keep in mind
- This apartment is located on the 1st floor and there is no elevator. Get in a leg workout every day.
- There is no oven in the kitchen. There is a stove though, so you can still show off your chef skills.
- The apartment has been recently renovated and a few items had not arrived at the time of our visit.
