El apartamento es exterior, muy amplio y luminoso, y dispone de un gran balcón con vistas abiertas y despejadas a la plaza, lo que aporta una gran sensación de amplitud y una excelente entrada de luz natural.
La vivienda ha sido reformada con un cuidado diseño interior, combinando piezas originales con mobiliario de diseño, creando un ambiente elegante y con mucho carácter.
Destacan sus techos de más de tres metros de altura, que aportan una gran sensación de espacio y personalidad al conjunto.
Cuenta con un armario empotrado completamente vestido y con gran capacidad de almacenamiento.
La cocina está totalmente equipada con electrodomésticos y menaje (cafetera, batidora, utensilios de cocina, etc.) e incluye lavadora-secadora.

Yep. The studio is located in a restored convent. If that’s not cool enough, there’s a sweet little balcony overlooking Plaza de San Ildefonso.

You have a unique light shade on the tall ceiling. A low wall hides your bed from the door. Furnishings are elegant, and so is the vertical green painting.
We think this is great for night crawlers. Cafés and bars bustle below your balcony. There are numerous theaters nearby. Trendy nightclubs are close, too.

This is a 1st floor studio apartment on Calle de San Joaquín in Madrid. It’s open and spacious with an elegant decor and a little balcony.
It’s ideal for vampires. You’re in the trendiest part of town. Bustling cafés are below your balcony. Theaters are around every corner. Nightclubs are nearby.
What we liked the most
- Hanging out on the balcony – the pulse of the neighborhood is intoxicating at night.
- Enjoying unique details in the decor – the ceiling lights are beyond cool.
- Being a part of the cool busy vibe – bars, clubs, theaters, and restaurants abound.
