You get a winding staircase that gives the apartment lots of character. Turn on the AC in summer months to stay cool.
We think this apartment would be perfect for people who spend most of their day with their head in the clouds. Hang out with friends downstairs in the evening. Then recharge and melt into your bed upstairs.

It is perfect for people who have lofty dreams with a down-to-earth budget. Cook and entertain downstairs. Read a book and get some sleep upstairs.
