Amazing appartment for a couples or single people. Exterior with an amazing big, new window with a lot of natural light and high. The appartment was remodeled, everything is new, comfortable and cozy. The building has a private big patio for celebrations, for working out, for have fun with friends. The location is the best in Madrid Central. You are in one min in Gran Vía, two minutes in Callao, five min Chueca, five min in Sol. Water, wifi and community-building expenses are included in the rent. Hope you like it, it was made by myself with too much love. Welcome!
