This modern and comfortable studio is designed to offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. With a single bed with a canapé, bed linen and towels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, toaster and kitchenware, you can enjoy a practical and functional space. In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and dryer.
The studio is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the windows overlook an interior patio, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during their stay.

Things to keep in mind
- The apartment is interior and doesn't get a huge amount of natural light – there's plenty of sunshine to be had outside though.
- The washing machine is in a common laundry room, shared with other apartments in the building.
- The entrance of this studio opens out to a common living area, which is shared with other apartments on the same floor — it could be a good chance to meet some new people.
