This modern and comfortable studio is designed to offer you everything you need for a pleasant stay in Madrid. With a single bed with a canapé, bed linen and towels, a kitchen equipped with a microwave, coffee maker, fridge, toaster and kitchenware, you can enjoy a practical and functional space. In addition, the studio has air conditioning (hot/cold), high-speed WiFi, television, washing machine and dryer.
The studio is located on a high floor and does have an elevator, and the windows overlook the outside, and to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests, we do not provide oil, salt or pepper during your stay.

This is a compact 3rd floor, studio apartment on Calle De Alberto Aguilera, Madrid. It's cozy, nicely decorated and it's close to some of the most important universities in the city.
This apartment is perfect for someone who prioritizes convenience. You can walk to class or the city centre from the apartment. Stay healthy and save money on bus fares. It's a win win situation.
