We think so. It's a luminous space with plenty of natural light. There's also a balcony. You don't even need to leave home to get the best parts of outside.

You will love this authentic feel. The interiors are stunning. Wooden beams, pilars, open-plan layouts- oh my! You won't need to do much at all when you move in.
We think that this could be a perfect city hideaway. Not too central, but a great inner-city area, you can have the best of both worlds.

This is a 4th floor, studio apartment on Calle De Doña Urraca, Madrid. It truly is a stunning home. Complete with all essentials and a divine character, you couldn't feel more at home.
It is perfect for aspiring city dwellers. This location is well connected with the rest of the city. Getting around will be the least of your concerns.
What we liked the most
- Enjoying beers with friends on the balcony in the hot summer months.
- Cooking up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen.
- Snoozing your alarm in the morning because the commute is made easy.

- If you do notsuccesfully complete the Plus verification made by Spotahome within two weeks after your booking is confirmed, the landlord will ask you to pay 2 months of deposit.

Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
