Dispone de dos camas individuales de 90 cm con colchones viscoelásticos de alta gama, una de ellas oculta debajo de la otra y ajustable a la misma altura. También cuenta con dos sillones de mimbre, una mesa de centro y un práctico escritorio tipo secreter para trabajar cómodamente. Piscina (verano), gimnasio, tenis, pádel, baloncesto, y estupendo jardín comunitario. Situado en uno de los barrios más seguros de Madrid y rodeado de zonas verdes: Parque Juan Pablo II a escasos metros y no muy lejos el parque Juan Carlos I. Cerca de IFEMA, Palacio de Congresos, Clínica Universidad de Navarra, Aeropuerto, y liceo francés. Excelentes conexiones al resto de Madrid.
Seguridad: La urbanización cuenta con vigilancia las 24 horas y acceso controlado, brindando tranquilidad y seguridad en todo momento.
Encontrarás fácilmente estacionamiento gratuito en la calle, algo poco común y muy conveniente en Madrid.
