Cuenta con un sofá cama para dos personas y una cama matrimonial, tiene una cocina totalmente equipada y un baño, la calefacción es a través del aire acondicionado que tiene bomba de calor. El acceso a la vivienda es por las escaleras ya que la vivienda no cuenta con ascensor.
