It is an elegant and modern apartment with doorman service located in a newly renovated Promotion on Paseo de la Castellana, in one of the most exclusive and characteristic areas of Madrid. Perfect to live as a couple or alone.
It is a fully furnished and decorated with quality materials, as well as equipped with all kinds of appliances, furniture and household items, ready to move in. It has magnificent and luxurious common areas such as gym, multipurpose room and outdoor pool perfect to enjoy them in free time, plus three elevators and chair lift suitable for the disabled.
The apartment is exterior, very bright, and consists of an entrance hall with closet, a double bedroom, a bathroom, an open kitchen and a spacious and bright living room with a sofa, TV and windows overlooking the Paseo de la Castellana. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with washer-dryer, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and kitchenware. It has top quality finishes, wooden floors, aluminum carpentry, electric shutters, heat pump and cold ducts, central heating and storage room on the 11th floor, with the possibility of renting a parking space in the same building.
