This interior studio apartment is located on Calle de Madera in Malasaña, one of Madrid's most vibrant (and one of the world's most hipster), neighborhoods. The intimate feel of this cozy studio allows you a private corner in the midst of the frenzy in Malasaña day and night. The area of the apartment is 15 m2.
What we liked the most
- The studio has a clean, white aesthetic with a mirror wall and plenty of natural light
- All of the utilities (WiFi, water, gas, and electric) are included in the price of rent
- There is a large TV attached to the wall facing the bed, making it perfect for someone who enjoys late-night movie marathons!
Things to keep in mind
If your booking is shorter than 2 months, the security deposit will be only 150€, if not, it'll be the one established in the listing!
