Spotahome is proud to present a charming and elegant studio apartment available for rent, located on Calle de Puerto Rico, in the residential area of Chamartin, with good connections to the city centre. There is so much to love about this apartment, from its modern furniture, complete with a kitchen island to the TV station in the comfty living room. The sleeping area is bright, with plenty of decorations and a cosy double bed with a storage compartment. In addition, the bathroom has an amazing shower with a hydromassage and a sauna function. It doesn't get any better than this! There are many restaurants, cafes and bars available in this area, so we can guarantee you will never have a dull moment during your time here - and if you do, just hop on a metro and get to the city centre in just a few minutes. The area of the studio is 38m2.
What we liked the most
- We love this practical studio - from a dryer to an oven, it provides everything you might need to have a comfortable stay.
- The apartment is also pet-friendly - bring along your non-human friends!
- We absolutely love the shower - it has sauna and hydromassage functions and the bathroom as plenty of storage for all your toiletries.
- The apartment also features air conditioning - a very much needed function during Madrid's hot summer. And to top it off, it's beautifully decorated!
- The entire studio is extremely elegant - we really love the kitchen island, the living room and of course, the cosy double bed.
Things to keep in mind
- This is an exterior apartment, however, it's very quiet so you will still be able to catch a good night's sleep.
