This apartment is located on the fourth floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and central water heating. You can dry your clothes inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed in the property but it is not activated.

This modern, interior studio apartment available for rent is a perfect home for those wanting to live in style - not only is it equipped with brand new furniture, it is also located in one of most wealthiest and poshest districts in Madrid - Salamanca. It is fully furnished - the main room consists of a double bed, some storage, a large mirror, a television and an open plan kitchen with a bar where you can enjoy your meals. You will be able to use air conditioning, one of most wanted features in Madrid especially during the summer. The studio also has a bright bathroom, equipped with a bathtub that is ready to take away your stress. It is located very close to the Retiro park and just opposite Recoletos station - you will have easy access to the city centre. The area of the apartment is 33m2.
What we liked the most
- You will be living in the luxurious area of Salamanca - the apartment is opposite of the Recoletos station, close to Museo Arqueologico Nacional and just 10 minutes away from the beautiful Retiro park.
- The apartment is equipped with an air conditioning unit, perfect for hot summers in Madrid.
- This studio apartment features modern, white furniture with plenty of storage.
- We really like the bright, shiny bathroom, equipped with a very large shower.
- The kitchen features a fantastic bar where you can enjoy your meals.
Things to keep in mind
- This is a quiet, interior apartment, ideal for people in need of some peace.
- The kitchen doesn't have an oven, however, you will be able to use a fully functioning microwave as well as the stove.
- Please note that the current price is based on stays longer than 10 months - if you wish to rent the apartment for shorter stays, please ask for the price.
- You will not be able to activate your own internet, you will have to request it from the building.
