Spotahome is proud to present a cosy studio for rent, located on the lively street of Calle Preciados, just a short walk away from Callao, Gran Via, Puerta del Sol and many famous sights. With its area of 30m2, the studio comes furnished with plenty of storage units along with a sofa bed, expanding into a comfortable double bed, a television, a modern bathroom with a fantastic shower and a kitchen, currently under construction. The tenants will also be provided with an air conditioning system and can enjoy exterior views of the street from their chic balcony. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who prefers to live in Madrid city centre, close to some of the best nightlife scenes, public transportation and many shops and restaurants.

- You will be living on Calle Preciados, just around the corner from Callao, Gran Via, Puerta de Sol and Palacio Real!
- The sofa expands into a fantastic double bed, guaranteeing a good night sleep.

- Please note that upon refurbishment, the kitchen will not have an oven, however, a fully functioning stove, a microwave and a coffee machine will be provided.
- The studio has a common laundry room, located in the building.
