This apartment is furnished in a stylish decor and features a double bed, relaxing cream colored sofa, desk for your studies or work and a cozy coffee table. There is also upscale shelving located behind the sofa, as well as parquet floors throughout. The bathroom has also been remodeled and includes a shower with an modern shower-head, towel warmer and sink with storage underneath. The floor area of this apartment is 40 m². As this apartment is directly in the heart of Madrid, traveling to other parts of the city is simple and efficient.
What we liked the most
- Air conditioning is available, perfect for the hot summers of Madrid!
- Wi-Fi is already installed and activated in the property.
- There is a large flat screen television mounted above the bed, great for catching up on your TV shows or local news.
