This apartment is furnished in a stylish decor and features a double bed, relaxing cream colored sofa, desk for your studies or work and a cozy coffee table. There is also upscale shelving located behind the sofa, as well as parquet floors throughout. The bathroom has also been remodeled and includes a shower with an modern shower-head, towel warmer and sink with storage underneath. The floor area of this apartment is 40 m². As this apartment is directly in the heart of Madrid, traveling to other parts of the city is simple and efficient.

The metro stations that are a short walk from the apartment include Callao (Line 3 and 5), Gran Via (Line 1 and 5), Plaza de España (Lines 3 and 10), Opera (Lines 2, 5 and R), Santo Domingo (Line 2) and Sol (Lines 1, 2 and 3, as well as Trains C-3 and C-4). There are also several bus stations close by that have service for bus numbers 1, 2, 39, 46, 74, 146, N18, N19, N20 and N21.
