This cute studio apartment for rent on Calle Virtudes is ideal for professionals and postgraduate students. Keep in mind that the building doesn’t have an elevator and the apartment is on the 4th floor. It’s a bright and unique open-concept space, though. With wood ceilings and exposed steel, the studio has a raw and rustic appeal. A staircase leads to a storage space. Windows in the main area and bathroom light up the space. Furnishings are great. There is a sofa, double bed, a dining table, and storage units. The kitchen is fully equipped, and it even includes a washing machine.
The Almagro & Trafalgar neighborhood is just north of the city center. In fact, you can easily walk there within half an hour. You don’t need to travel downtown for great cafés, restaurants, and bars, though. All you need to do is step outside your new home. There are numerous museums and sights nearby, too. Andén 0 and the Museum Sorolla are 10 minutes away. For entertainment, you have your pick. Galileo Galilei concert hall, Cines Verdi cinema, and Amaya Theater are within a 15-minute walk. And just down the street, you’ll find shopping centers and supermarkets.
What we liked the most
- The washing machine will save you from having to take laundry up and down the stairs.
- The decor is both rustic and modern. It has a terrific vibe.
- It’s a pretty big space for a studio apartment.
- It’s a happening neighborhood with lots of things to do and places to see.
Things to keep in mind
- This studio is on the 4th floor and there isn't an elevator. That's a built-in exercise routine right there!
