Newly Established Shared Apartment. Your Room is Waiting! The apartment has just been renovated and furnished. In the common areas, you will find a fitted kitchen equipped with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer, and a washing machine. Three rooms are available for rent, each for one person. The listed cost refers to the rental of one room. This amount includes the rent for the room, the proportional use of the shared spaces, electricity, heating, and operating costs. Each tenant will have their own rental agreement. The minimum rental period is six month. The contract can be easily extended after this period. The security deposit and the first rent must be transferred before moving in. The room reservation is only confirmed after the rental contract has been signed and the deposit has been transferred to the deposit/trust account specified in the contract. The tenants can register their residence at the address The three rooms available for rent are furnished as shown in the photos. Additionally, upon request, bedding, a pillow, a duvet, and towels can be provided.
