JacAL Shack is a co-living and co-working space and, more than just a location, we are building a network of creatives, entrepreneurs, nomads, academics, and generally awesome people. If it feels right for you, we'd love you to be part of our tribe. The villa itself has lots of space, both inside and out, so it's easy to be private or sociable, as you like. We rent out three rooms in total, and you'll be with like-minded folk — with the possibility to network in the future as well. Jac and I are sometimes (not always) there, either together or individually. All the rooms have their own bathrooms (two are en-suite). The kitchen is communal, and there's a large salon/co-working area, which is also shared. In addition, there's a lot of communal space outside: three terraces — two with BBQs — and a swimming pool. You'll also have the chance to share skills as well as stories about your various experiences. Co-working is great for productivity, and the environment has inspired many previous guests. Some have developed their businesses, others have recharged, some have contemplated the next stage of a major life transition, and one singer-songwriter wrote a song about love she never thought she'd write, then performed it as part of a live-streamed concert.
