THE HOUSE (Zenith): 460m² with communal areas: TV room, garden, terrace with garden furniture, laundry room, large fully-equipped kitchen etc. - high-speed wifi

PRIVATE SPACE: Studio or T2 with private or shared bathroom, subject to availability. Our private areas are furnished (double bed, storage space, chair, desk, etc.) and we provide sheets and towels!

LOCATION: 5 min walk from the Chartreux stop (metro 1).

ROOMMATES: Between 22 and 50 years old, many different nationalities, a great way to meet new people and take home beautiful memories

SUPPORT: A support service to answer your questions. No need to worry about who to call, or landlords who never answer!

CHARGES INCLUDED IN THE RENT: Water, electricity, heating, home insurance, broadband internet and cleaning of common areas. We'll also take care of all the paperwork, so you won't have to do a thing!
