A pesar de estar en pleno centro, es un espacio tranquilo, de esos en los que se descansa bien. Es un segundo piso sin ascensor, en una finca de solo dos viviendas. Está completamente nuevo, recién preparado para que te sientas cómodo desde el primer momento. Tiene dos habitaciones, un baño, cocina equipada y está totalmente amueblado. Además, cuenta con buen aislamiento, estufa de pellets para el invierno y ventiladores para el verano. La ventilación cruzada norte-sur hace que sea un espacio fresco y agradable incluso en los días más cálidos. También hay wifi y TV. La ubicación es muy práctica: en unos 10 minutos caminando llegas tanto al centro como al puerto de Mahón, uno de los rincones más bonitos de la ciudad. Alrededor tienes supermercados, bares y restaurantes, todo a mano. Un piso pensado para estar a gusto desde el primer momento.
