Beautiful building of the early ‘900 Art Nouveau style, only 3 floors high, completely renovated. “Pezzotti 6” is a project combining the charm of the style of the century, with the quality and comfort of a total renovation. Recently totally refurbished 2 bedrooms apartment for rent near viale Tibaldi, with a very modern design. Entering in the building, going down four steps, you can enter in the apartment, with its nice wooden floor. Bright modern living room with a sofa, the TV, table and chairs. Fully equipped very modern kitchen with induction plates, electric oven and dish washer. Both of the bedrooms have a queen size bed (140 cm wide – videos not yet updated), a wardrobe and a desk. Modern bathroom with shower and bidet. Windows in all the rooms. Floor heating, air conditioning, high speed internet.
Private indoor garage available on request.
