Primaticcio M1 and Porta Genova M2 are about 10-20 minutes by tram.

Large and comfortable duplex apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator of a row of nice buildings facing the beautiful park of the courtyard.
The apartment is composed: – on the 1st floor, by the living room, the kitchen – dining room, 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, 3 balconies – on the 2nd floor, by 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, a corridor and a terrace.
Entering in the apartment you get immediately impressed by its brightness, thanks to the large door-windows of the balcony. The living room has a sofa, the TV and some bookcases. I needed to hide some personal belongings of the renters in the living room 🫣 From the living room you can go to the large kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, refrigerator/freezer. The living room leads you to an aisle, connected with one of the 3 bedrooms and its bathroom with bathtub-shower. On the same floor there is also the 2nd bathroom with shower and washing machine, used as laundry as well. Going up the stairs, you arrive in a corridor along which there is a spacious custom-made wardrobe. The main bedroom has a double bed, it’s very large and it has a study room (where now there is a double bed and ironing tools). The 3rd bedroom has a single bed and it will be soon restored (I’m sorry for the mess in the picture!). The 3rd large bathroom with 2 sinks and shower and a terrace, complete the 2nd floor.
The apartment is facing on any side to the peaceful inner courtyard, it’s very bright, quiet and it has all the comforts.
AC, high speed internet and Doorman service in the main building at the entrance.
