It’s 17 minutes by bus from Bocconi, 13 minutes from Duomo directly by metro and 20 minutes from Marangoni. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, clubs, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance.

Spacious and comfortable 3 bedrooms apartment near Porta Romana, on the 6th floor with elevator of a 60’s building, with a beautiful courtyard and doorman service. The apartment is very bright and quiet.
In the large living room there are 2 sofas (the gray one is a sofa double bed) and the TV. In the dining area there are a modern tempered glass table with 6 multicolored chairs and a huge balcony, facing the courtyard, connected with 2 of the 3 bedrooms.
The fully equipped kitchen is separated from the living room. It has a dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, table & chairs and another balcony. Adjacent to the kitchen, there is also a laundry room with a washing machine, sink and drying racks.
From the corridor you can reach the 3 bedrooms, the 2 bathrooms and the storage room. One of the bedrooms has a double bed with its own balcony and the other two have 2 single beds that can be joined as a double bed. A wardrobe in each bedroom.
One bathroom has a bathtub/shower, a bidet and a window,
The other bathroom just as big has the shower.
AC and high speed internet connection.
