Modern and lovely one-bedroom apartment, located near the M5 Ponale metro station, in the Bicocca district, close to the university of the same name. The apartment has an entrance hall with living area with open kitchen and dining table. The sleeping area is separate and consists of a comfortable bedroom with double bed and walk-in closet. There is also a nice little balcony with table and chairs with an interior view. It is equipped with wi-fi, heating and cooling. The apartment is located on the top floor (14th) has a large outdoor terrace. BOX INCLUDED.
