Modern, elegant & cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, double living room and kitchen. It’s on the 1st floor with elevator of an elegant old style building in perfect conditions. Very well refined, an amazing wooden floor and high quality custom made furnitures for this bright and comfortable apartment. Entering in the apartment the spacious hall leads you to the elegant living room, with a sofa, table & chairs, the TV and a balcony facing the quiet one way road. Fully equipped modern kitchen, with dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, fridge and washing machine. It has a lot of storage room and a table with foot stools. The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk, a huge wardrobe and a balcony facing the street. The other bedroom has a single bed from where you can pull out another single bed, could be also joined as a double bed. A desk and a wardrobe. It’s facing the peaceful inner courtyard. 2 modern bathrooms with shower and bath tub, both with windows. AC and High speed internet connection.
Security deposit of € 2600.
What we liked the most
Prestigious and safe residential area in the city centre and close to Bocconi, 10 minutes walking from Bocconi, 5 minutes from the metro 3 yellow line Missori, 15 minutes walk from Duomo. Just going out from the building, you can start to enjoy a nice walk with cool shops and having a coffee in the nice bars of the neighborhood. Typical restaurants, art galleries, gyms, a park for running, banks and many other shops and services are walking distance. The location is very good connected by public transports and you can easily reach any side of the city.
