The apartment is located on the first floor with lift, is equipped with double glazing and air conditioning in all rooms, is very quiet and bright and is characterized by the splendid views of the "Attilio Rossi" gardens, for a period furniture and the parquet flooring. Upon entering you will find the entrance corridor and on the right the laundry room with washing machine and everything needed for cleaning the apartment. Continuing we enter the very spacious living area where we find two comfortable sofas, a television area, a desk, a large bookcase and a table for 4 people. In a separate room we find the kitchen, fully equipped, with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Then we find the sleeping area consisting of a large bedroom with double bed, bedside tables, two-door wardrobe and sofa and a wardrobe room with two 4-door wardrobes. Finally, we have a bathroom complete with sanitary fixtures and a large shower box. The apartment is located on the first floor with lift, is equipped with double glazing and air conditioning in all rooms, is very quiet and bright and is characterized by the splendid views of the "Attilio Rossi" gardens, for a period furniture and the parquet flooring. Upon entering you will find the entrance corridor and on the right the laundry room with washing machine and everything needed for cleaning the apartment. AC system is centralized and works in the periods in which it is activated by the condominium:
