The admin fee mentioned in the pricing section, includes:

• contractual arrangement and support;

• organisation of check-in with related key delivery on site;

• tour (appliance testing) inside the rented unit;

• assistance with any type of problem related to the property throughout the duration of the contract;

• support and coordination of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities where necessary;

• managing the rental relationship between the parties;

• organisation of property release including the involvement of specialised personnel for final cleaning and sanitising of the property;

• preparation of the balance relating to the use of utilities;

• monitoring the process related to the return of the security deposit.
