Wonderful 65m2 apartment with a splendid terrace on the fifth and top floor of a building with lift. Concierge service available. Finely renovated and equipped with every comfort, this wonderful apartment is located in a strategic area just 10 minutes walk from the Central Station (Metro lines MM3 and MM2, national and international trains - Milan MXP/ Linate BUS terminus). All subway lines can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot.
The apartment is composed as follows:
- LIVING ROOM with fully equipped OPEN KITCHEN equipped with fridge with freezer, 5-burner gas cooker, steel extractor hood, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and De Longhi coffee machine. There is a wooden dining table for six people, a double sofa bed, a 32" television and a beautiful bookcase. Parquet flooring, double glazing and mosquito net. The LIVING area is completed by a beautiful window that leads to a large and bright terrace overlooking the city where you can spend moments of pure relaxation. There is a table and chairs for eating meals outside and deckchairs.
- MASTER BEDROOM with comfortable king size bed, bedside tables with lights, large wardrobe and full length mirror. There is a large double glazed French window which leads onto the splendid terrace. Parquet flooring.
- A BATHROOM equipped with a beautiful and large shower and essential services. The apartment is completed by a small CLOSET with a washing machine, cleaning products, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.
There is air conditioning with split (both with heat pump function) in the living area and bedroom and central heating with thermostat. We offer free fiber Wi-Fi Internet service and the supply of towels, sheets and blankets.
You can find everything just a few steps from home: supermarkets, shops, post office, banks, pubs, places to enjoy an excellent aperitif, restaurants. If you love taking walks in the open air, the Naviglio della Martesana is just a few steps away. Possibility to travel it by bicycle thanks to a beautiful cycle path that leads to Trezzo sull'Adda.
