Delightful 40m2 studio apartment with balcony, tastefully renovated, located on the 4th floor of a building with a small communal garden, 2 lifts and concierge service in the morning. Equipped with high-speed fiber WiFi Internet connection, air conditioning, central heating and electric shutters, the apartment is composed as follows: - Living/sleeping area equipped with double bed, 55'' TV, dining/work table with armchairs, open wardrobe, chest of drawers and shoe rack; - Kitchen with induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge and freezer, microwave, Nespresso, moka and kettle, wardrobe/utility room with vacuum cleaner, clothesline, iron and ironing board; - Bathroom with essential services, shower cubicle and hairdryer. Included in the living room is the supply of sheets, towels and blankets. The apartment is located in a neighborhood full of restaurants, bars, pizzerias and basic necessities, a Carrefour Express supermarket 350m away and the historic Castelnuovo pastry shop is located right in front of the house. The area is well served by means of transport, such as Line 50 which takes you to Cairoli, whose stop is located just 50m from the apartment, and Tram 14, which stops 350m away, which takes you directly to the Duomo.
