Very well refined with a modern design, cozy 1 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor with elevator of a ’70 building with doorman service. Entering in the apartment the hall leads you to the bright living room and kitchen, with a nice sofa, a “peninsula” table & foot stools, the TV and and balcony. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with dishwasher, induction plates, electric oven, fridge/freezer and washing machine. The bedroom has a double bed, a walk-in closet, a night table and the TV. Modern bathroom with shower and bidet. The whole apartment is furnished with taste and care by designer furnishing accessories that make the house welcoming and unique. AC and High speed internet connection.
The apartment is located in via Casale, a pedestrian street, in the most famous and typical alley in Milan. “Porta Genova” is the heart of the lively Navigli area, the ancient docks of Milan. It has just been totally redeveloped, it’s the meeting point of Milanesi and tourists, for shopping, or just to take a nice walk and grab some typical food. Along the Navigli (the 2 canals, called Grande and Pavese), the best Italian restaurants, the most particular shops, art galleries, bars for “aperitivo”. Porta Genova metro/train station is facing the building, all the main public transports are close as well. Every kind of shops and service nearby. Bocconi is 16 minutes by tram (or 27 min. walk), NABA and Domus are 14 minutes walk. Marangoni is 15 minutes by metro, Politecnico 19 minutes. Very convenient to reach also Cattolica and Statale.

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
