Recently refurbished modern, comfortable and bright apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, on the raised floor of a building with elevator and doorman service. The apartment has a beautiful wooden floor, electric rolling shutters and brand-new 3 glass-layers windows. All the rooms are facing the inner quiet courtyard. Comfortable living room with a modern design sofa and TV. Fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, electric oven, dish washer, large refrigerator/freezer, table and chairs. The master bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a desk (coming soon). The other bedroom is actually furnished for a kid, in addition to the wardrobe, there will be a single bed and a desk as well. The main bathroom has a large shower, the bidet and a window. The other bathroom has another shower. Laundry corner with washing machine and storage. AC and high-speed internet.
Security deposit of € 2000.
