Beautiful duplex rooftop (83m2) finely furnished with excellently made custom-made furniture, recently renovated, located on the eighth floor of a new residential context.
Entrance onto a large living/living area with custom-made open kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and large balcony that runs along the entire perimeter of the house.
On the next floor, accessible via a designer staircase made of wood, we have a second bathroom, sofa bed with study area and large terrace with a view.
The bedroom has a double bed and large custom-made wardrobe.
Equipped with full kitchen: oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher. Fully equipped with crockery and various equipment.
The apartment has heating and air conditioning.
Wifi included.
