This 2-bedroom apartment on Via Privata Piero Martinetti, in Bande Nere, is nicely decorated and opens out onto a lovely balcony. The apartment is well-furnished and equipped, with a spacious kitchen and living room as well as 2 bathrooms.
You will be living in a mostly residential area, but everything you'll need for day-to-day life can be found within a few minute's walk, including several cafes and restaurants, and some grocery stores. The nearby Metro station can bring you to the centre of the city in 15-20 minutes.
What we liked the most
- The living area is spacious and very luminous.
- The kitchen has plenty of storage space.
- Bathroom 1 comes with bathtub.
- The apartment overlooks a courtyard, making it quiet.
- There is lovely park right next to the apartment.

- Bedroom 2 is separated from the living area by a sliding door.
