Completely renovated in 2022, modern and comfortable loft apartment with two bedrooms, on the ground floor of a nice old style building in good conditions. This new “white style” apartment is airy and spacious, it has high ceilings and all the comforts. Entering in the apartment, from the hall, you arrive in the bright living room with a white leather couch and the TV (arriving soon). The modern kitchen is fully equipped, it has induction plates, microwave, dishwasher and refrigerator/freezer, a table with 4 chairs. From the aisle, you can reach the master bedroom and the bathroom. This large bedroom has a double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. A stair leads you to the loft floor, where is a room with a desk the second bedroom with a sigle bed and its walk-in closet (in addition to a storage room). High speed internet.
What we liked the most
Safe residential area, just 13 minutes walking from Bocconi and 10 minutes from NABA. It’s near Navigli area, 19 minutes from Duomo directly by the tram nr 15. IULM is 12 minutes by bus and Cattolica 25 minutes by public transports.. Romolo M2 green line metro station is 12 minutes by bus. Walking distance you can find every kind of shops and service. Restaurants, bars, art galleries, gym.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
