On the ground floor of a building with 2 floors, there are 8 brand-new apartments (1 BR apartments and studio apartments), surrounded by a fence with a gate. Each of them will have its own small private garden (grass arriving soon).
The building structure has the best quality of electricity and plumbing systems, walls materials. High energy performances: floor heating, AC, very good quality windows/doors, ideal insulation for the best comfort.
On viale Cermenate street there is the gate of the main condominium. The inner area where the 8 apartments are located is surrounded by a fence with another gate. In addition, each apartment has its own gate, armored doors and anti-intrusion rolling shutters (the ones of the entrance doors can be also locked).
4 of the apartments are on sale, 4 other will be rented, mainly to international students.
In the floor plan of the 8 apartments you can see the Apartments’ number, to see where it’s located in the building.
The kitchens have induction plates, electric oven, all the apartments have a washing machine, TV (arriving soon), AC and high speed internet connection. They will be fully equipped, everything will be brand-new and you could be the first renter!

Here you pay per Half Month booked. If you move in during the second fortnight of the month, you will only be charged for the second half. If you move out within the second fortnight of the month, you will be charged the full month. Please bear in mind we calculate the first half from the 1st to the 15th of the month, and the second half from the 16th until the last day of the month.

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Make a booking request
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
Get an answer in 24h or less
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
