La casa è dotata di ogni comodità: aria condizionata, televisione, lavatrice, lavastoviglie, macchina del caffè, forno elettrico e a microonde, scopa elettrica, ferro da stiro, etc. A pochi metri c'è il supermercato e la fermata della metro più vicina è MM Rossa di De Angeli.
Ideale per raggiungere facilmente diverse università, la casa è adatta a studenti che desiderino condividere
