Loreto is located northeast of the city center and is known to have a lively atmosphere. The main plaza in the area, Piazzale Loreto, is a 10-minute walk away, where you can also find the start of the popular shopping street, Corso Buenos Aires.
Upon signing the contract it will be necessary to pay the fees for registering the contract (registration tax and stamp duty). These taxes amount to 2% of the total annual rent. The tax is foreseen by Italian law.
