Appartamento situato all'interno di un condominio signorile. E' presente il servizio di portineria full time. Il quartiere è pulito ed ordinato. La Stazione Centrale può essere raggiunta camminando per pochi minuti. Nelle vicinanze c'è Corso Buenos Aires, famoso per lo shopping. Sempre nelle vicinanze ci sono moltissime attività di Bar e Ristorazione. In poche fermate di metropolitana si arriva nel Centro Storico della Città.

This fully furnished apartment for rent in Loreto has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds. The 45 m² property opens out onto a balcony with lovely courtyard views and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table.
The apartment has a convenient location close to Milano Central station, the metro, tram, shops, parks and other amenities. The Duomo di Milano is 15 minutes away using public transport. Upon signing the contract it will be necessary to pay the fees for registering the contract (registration tax and stamp duty). These taxes amount to 2% of the total annual rent. The tax is foreseen by Italian law.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is fully equipped, including a stove, full-size refrigerator and an oven.
- Both the bedroom and kitchen have access to the balcony.
- The bedroom has a spacious wardrobe.
- The modern bathroom also offers a washing machine.
- Being close to Milano Centrale will enable easy travel to other regions in Italy and neighbouring countries.
