This 80 m², 2-bedroom apartment available to rent is located in the lively district of Sarpi. The apartment has polished wood flooring, big windows, and lots of color. The full equipped kitchen has a bright red design and a convenient breakfast bar. For more formal dining you have an extendable dining table in the bright and cozy living room.
The apartment is located on Via Luigi Canonica in Sarpi, also known as Milan's Chinatown. This street is full of shops, pharmacies, and a great variety of restaurants: Chinese, Japanese, and Italian. The location is ideal with everything you need for the day-to-day nearby, easy access to multiple tram lines, and the beautiful Parco Sempione just a 5-minute walk away.
What we liked the most
- The apartment is spacious and bright.
- The rooms are very spacious as well.
- The balcony comes furnished with patio chairs so you can sit in and relax.
- The location is great since you have a lot of restaurants in close proximity!
