Bilocale di nuova costruzione, completamente arredato, ubicato in Piazzale Nizza, Milano. Ottimamente servito dai mezzi pubblici con fermata del tram 4 di fronte a casa, che collega l’appartamento col centro città (Piazza Cairoli); a due fermate di tram, o 10 minuti a piedi, fermata MM Gialla Maciachini, che permette di raggiungere Piazza Duomo in poche fermate; l’autobus 82 porta direttamente alla Stazione Bovisa, dove diversi treni portano in 10 minuti a Rho Fiera; l’Ospedale Niguarda è a 700 metri, il polmone verde della zona – Il Parco Nord- è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi. Esercizi commerciali di vario genere tutti a disposizione della soluzione ( bar- ristoranti- supermercati, farmacie, lavanderie etc..)
Sotto casa c'è un bar con noi convenzionato per colazioni e pranzi, accanto c'è una pizzeria-ristorante, gestita da proprietari molto gentili; se vai a cenare da loro a nostro nome, avrai uno sconto

Elettrodomestici presenti: lavastoviglie, frigorifero - freezer - forno – fornetto a micronde - bollitore – macchinetta Nespresso e smart TV.
