Comfortable & cozy 1 bedroom apartment on the 2nd floor with elevator of a ’30 building recently renovated. Entering in the apartment the corridor leads you to the bright and spacious living room, with a sofa double bed, table & chairs, the TV and a nice balcony, facing the inner quiet courtyard. Fully equipped kitchen, with washing machine, gas hob, electric oven and fridge. Airy bedroom with a double bed, a chest of drawers, a wardrobe and a walk-in closet. Bathroom with shower and bidet. The apartment is bright, quiet and it has all the comforts. AC in the living room. High speed internet connection.
