Modern apartment of about 45 square meters located on the second floor of a beautiful old Milan typical building. Essential and elegant, finished with quality materials, composed of living area overlooking the pleasant inner courtyard, bathroom with shower and double room with large closet. The apartment is located in the Sarpi-Arena area neighborhood that, while maintaining its traditional flavor, has become the new Chinatown district, multiethnic and lively but, always quiet and well served, the Civic Arena of Milan is within walking distance, Corso Como and Corso Garibaldi can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Strategic area very well served by shops and public transport: streetcars, buses and subway line M5 Lilla stop Monumentale, which is a 5-minute walk away. The apartment is reserved for non-smokers and is equipped with Wi-Fi, smart TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, iron, vacuum cleaner, hair dryer and air conditioning.
