This charming and brand new three-room apartment is located in the basement of a beautiful building, easily accessible from the inner courtyard by eight steps.
With an area of 74 square meters, the apartment has a dedicated outdoor space at the entrance with table and chairs perfect for relaxing moments.
The main entrance leads directly into the wonderful living room, which features a comfortable sofa, designer coffee table and a large 50-inch Smart TV.
The open kitchen is equipped with induction hob, extractor hood, fridge with freezer, dishwasher 45cm, oven, microwave, electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and toaster.
An american table with six stools complete the day part.
The sleeping area consists of two rooms of which:
a large DOUBLE ROOM with window, equipped with bedside tables with abajour, mirrored wardrobe with two doors, desk, lamp and coat hanger;
