This bright and spacious 84 sqm apartment is located in a luxury condominium with a private independent entrance with designer furnishings and high-end amenities, including a large fine wood bookcase, a fully equipped eat-in kitchen, a walk-in closet, a colorful bathroom, a high craftsmanship double bed and Carrara marble floors , double glazing, private master entrance and service entrance with security doors.
On the walls a series of lithographs by Artists of the 1970s Piacenza school.
Completing the apartment is a large balcony that gives a view of the condominium garden.
What we liked the most
- There is plenty of storage in this apartment, including a wardrobe.
- The apartment is well lit with a large window in the bedroom, and access to the balcony through glass doors in the bathroom and kitchen.
- The apartment is located close to transport.
- There is central heating to keep you warm in the colder months.
